John and Bethenie: Messing Around

March 24-25
Wednesday morning John and I were going to get up and get ready so we could head over to my grandparents house. However we woke up to no electricity which meant a lot harder to get ready, so we laid back down for a little while longer. At the last minute the electricity finally came back on so we went ahead and got ready and went across the road. Luckily they were running behind also due to now electricity. We were having to tell them bye already because they were getting ready to leave for Kansas.

While we were over there mom and dad were also getting ready, when we got back to the house we all headed out to Amarillo. We met Bri in Canyon for lunch at Feldman's before she had to get to class. While she was in class the rest of us went on into Amarillo and ran a few errands. Bri wanted us to stick around for dinner so we went over to her apartment and just relaxed for part of the day.

That night we met up with some family and friends for dinner at Tacos Garcia (yes more Mexican Food). By the time we got through eating the snow storm had set in again. So everyone said their goodbyes, but not before I kindly reminded Ralph that I better have a ticket to a Cowboys game this fall, and we headed back home.

Thursday we messed around that morning then we headed to Clovis for lunch and to run a few errands. After lunch we went back home for a little while then headed into Muleshoe to see my great grandmother. We still had her Christmas present and she still had ours so we had a little Christmas celebration with her.

When we finished their we headed to Leal's to eat with the Russell's one last time before we left again. We had a really good time with them that night especially playing with Gunner and Skout. After dinner we headed over to Britt's to exchange Christmas with her also. We hung out with them for a little while then said goodbye to them and headed home.
