Fun at the Lake!

Before John and I left to head up to MN we all took a day to relax and have some fun. Mom, Dad, Bri, Dillon, John, Jett and I all packed up and went to the lake. This was a day filled with lots of fun. It was a little cooler that what we had been used to but no one cared. We had a good time from wake boarding to skiing to the inner tube. John is not a huge fan of water at all and was a little nervous when we first got on the water, actually I think he stayed somewhat nervous the whole day, but he did loosen up some and had a good time also. He even took a round at the skis, he didn’t get up this trip but he was so close. I think if he would have tried a few more times he would have had it. He even went for a few rounds on the inner tube, and even though he doesn’t like water that didn’t faze dad at all. He gave him rides just as bad as he does anyone else, and they are not baby rides, so John got used to it pretty quick. Once the day on the water was over we took stuff to cookout for dinner. Dad, John, Dillon and Jett all cooked out some hamburgers, and they taste so much better up there for some reason. When we finished dinner we packed up and headed back home.
